Videos of my live video performances, generally shot badly, but not always. Some of it is done straight from the screen and some of it is recorded to a DVdeck from the desk.
This video is for Miles to help with his assignment.
This is a short excerpt from a recent performance put together for the celebration of one year of Level 4 - a Southend-on-sea based arts and culture magazine. A friend and I were asked to come up with something which would be child friendly for the event, he runs a night called 'Panic' and I play at these events. We decided that a synth that the kids could play would be a good idea, and went about building a simple six oscillator synth with LDR's to control the pitches of the six oscillators. ...
New home made synth, done largely at Resonance FM's workshop by Nicholas Collins, has a 3 osc AM Square wave synth and an LED controlled tremelo. Performance is assisted by phone/torch Ipod touh with torch appication and an LED attached to a 9v battery. (Mae interupts part way through.)
A short video I put together from the drunken camcorderings I took during the Audiostatic/Rob G back to back, the audio is an edited version of the live audio off the camcorder.

This is a video of my video performance alongside Vizier of Damascus at the Sutton With Shopland Festival in Essex. The camera work is not great, but I couldn't find anywhere to put the tripod and couldn't really see what it was pointing at to be honest, hence the wall all down the left hand side. I was going to crop it into a 4:3 image at some point but havn't got round to it yet.
