About this episode

On February 11-12, 2010 the Texarkana, AR and surrounding areas received 4-8 inches of snow. It has been a long time since the area has had a substantial snow fall. Had the ground been frozen we could have had 12+ inches of accumulation. We take what we can get in the south. The ground was also very wet since we've had close to 100 inches of rain since last February. This probably didn't help accumulation much.
