Hey everyone, Sorry it’s been a while since I posted a tutorial (I try to do one weekly). I had a couple of life issues come up that caused me to pause for a bit. But, never fear, I’m back with not only a new tutorial, but also a new series! Or... kind of a mini series I guess since it most likely will only be 2 episodes long. The series is dedicated to the stock widgets that come with WordPress out of the box. In the series, I cover what each widget does and I cover how the widget system works in the back end of WordPress in the admin panel. This first episode covers the Akismet, Archives, Calendar, Categories and Meta widgets. So yes, I realize Wordpress is amazingly easy to use, that's why a lot of us use it! But sometimes it's nice to be shown how things work rather than read about it or guess. This channel has been specifically programmed from a Wordpress user's perspective. Quick, short, easy to view and even easier to understand!
