Simon went on an exploration of love when he realised that most peoples love was in fact derived from fear. His question lead him on a journey to empower people to love themselves through communicating transparently. Simon on the Sofa was created to explore transparent communication with people from all walks of life. He realised nobody speaks their truth because they are too scared. He found there is no fear in real love. If we as a species are going to evolve into a collective community which supports our evolution then we have to start communicating from truth/love not fear.
