Young Prairie Dog, aka Ground Squirrel, born beneath our yard this Spring, arrived above ground with its siblings after the thaw. Since this was taken, we have embarked on the process of relocating them via live trapping to a more appropriate home in the nearby country. Village manager was about to eliminate them in less friendly ways to avoid them tunneling under our residences (still a work in progress as we have new holes daily).
