The slum is home to approximately 60 families and one IMU consisting of 4 units could be provided for each family.
This is a five-minute animated flythrough of a proposed neighborhood unit consisting of three adjacent buildings, presented by Shelter Associates. Each building has four units per floor, G+2 (ground + two floors) with one staircase per building--thirty-six units, total.
