In this video I show how to delete and restore items from SharePoint 2010 recycle bin. There are two stages of the recycle bin. First stage is where any list items or library items will be sent to. After a specified period of time items will be moved to second stage recycle bin where only site collection administrators may restore from this recycle bin.
