Create SharePoint 2010 Workflows Using Visio 2010 (www.sharepoint4every1.com)

In this video I show how to create a workflow diagram in Visio, then import that diagram into SharePoint designer 2010 to create a fully functional workflow within SharePoint 2010. Workflows can now be associated to a content type or a site which is a great feature enhancement from SPD 2007. In SPD 2010 you can now create some pretty solid and robust workflows without the need for visual studio or a code-based solution.
