About this episode

Produced in Sendai city, this video explores the concept of homelessness in Japan. Two Tohoku University students filmed this video as part of their English computer course. Some homeless people were willing to be filmed, some expressed their dissatisfaction with the Media using them and not caring for their situation. Still the students were motivated to bring this film to viewers. The aim is to promote this situation in Japan rather than politicising it. Our aim is to show you parts of Japan which you, the traveller, may never see.
