The easel exhibit, Experience Art in Southeastern Libraries, opens at RCL Galleries at Rochester Community and Technical College in Rochester, MN on September 14, 2011. Richard Hutton & Andrea Costopolous, both past SEMVA presidents, welcome guests and talk briefly about the exhibit. easel is funded solely with money from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund (ACHF) through a Library Legacy grant to SELCO from the Minnesota Legislature.
