In this episode, we’ll see one of the icons of the Northwest, salmon, portrayed as food prepared by chefs from all over the country. We’ll also see another local icon, Art Wolfe, and some of his Puget Sound imagery. We will see marine scientists setting off on an expedition. We’ll float up from the black depths to visit some strange creatures living in the green waters nearer the surface of our West Coast oceans.
