Help with Sales & Marketing - A Process for Success

www.scorechicago.org Host Mark Goodman and SCORE counselor Sharon Aby discuss sales and marketing. Sharon gives an update on a SCORE project that she is working on. Additionally, they discuss that process of selling. The concept of a four part process, awareness, education, consideration and selling is highlighted. Sharon notes that customers purchase, they really can’t be sold. So, companies should use this process to manage the selling and marketing process. Lastly, they discuss what makes a good salesperson.
