Most of us have used social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter to announce library events, share photos and promote contests. But what about using these tools to create fund raising opportunities, build community and fight budget cuts? Joe Murphy, a librarian at Yale University, will explain why libraries need to get out of their "comfort zone" and explore new ways of using social media.
