This film is in public domain and features Bert the Turtle. This film was intended to teach children what to do in case of a Soviet attack. This movie is well done and can be used in history lessons. The film was produced by the Civil Defense. For more information see the Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duck_and_coverOne thing to note is this film was made in the early 50s and has an integrated class of black and white children. Take a look at 1:36, 2:08 - 2:19 as an example. There are more shots of black children with white children in the rest of the film.
