The pizza chef at Kronkite New York recently demonstrated how to make mazzerella cheese. 1. Get some mazzerella curd and slice it up with a grate (this is what you see at the beginning of the video) 2. Cover it with hot water and mix (the curd doesn't absorb water, it actually looses it) 3.
