We tested this Online and in a Private Match; however, the update should take place as soon as you go online but I have played on PS3 quite a bit since last night in online public matches. Note that we didn't test EVERY single buff listed, but we did test the majority of them. It may be possible that only certain buffs were applied?It IS also possible that the hotfix may be applied in some other fashion or only in certain regions? Not sure, but it looks like there has been NO weapon buffs at all from our collected evidence.
