Smart and beautiful. Rarely do you see both in life. Such is true with this pizza crust from Smart Flour Foods. It's smartness comes from its blend of different gluten-free flours, which claims to be more nutritious than typical gluten-free flour mixtures. Since we're not scientists, we can't really confirm or deny this. We are food makers and tasters, though, so what we can say for sure is that the other half of the equation--the "beautiful" part... well, we're still looking for the beauty in this crust. Flavor's decent, but, like many pizza crusts, when you pile on a few toppings the crust quickly loses its mojo and doesn't hold up its end of the bargain.
