PARIS - Ooyala, the U.S. based provider of digital video services, has raised $35 million in a new investment round, the company's biggest single raise. For an explanation of the proceeds of the round, which was lead by Australia's Telstra, we spoke with co-founder and CTO Sean Knapp at the UbiQ conference earlier today in Paris.
