  This is my Graduation film at L V Prasad Film and TV Academy, "Penn Vaesham" is its original Tamil title. It won the Best Director Gold Medal at its premiere from the hands of A R Rahman, K Balachander and Balu Mahendra. Based on a short story by Sujata, the famous Tamil writer, this is a period film set in a South Indian Village.
