Grilled chicken with adobo sauce Ingredients: as many as needed skinless boneless chicken breast 1/4 cp vinegar 1/4 cp soy sauce, less soy= less salt 1 ea onion, diced 1 ea pepper, dices, or the equivalent 1 tsp ground pepper 1 small can chipoltle in adobo Directions: Grill chicken. As this is grilling saute onion and diced peppers in sauce pan. Then add remaining ingredients. Let this simmer and reduce a little. Pour over grilled chicken. Alternative recipe: Same sauce in slightly larger volume. Cook chicken in sauce and grill after. You can use a whole chicken, cut up pieces, or change protein to any thing else you like.
