There are many herbs and treatments for acne and allergic skin reactions, but there is a system that you can use no matter what treatment you choose that will still yield results. I think highly of systematic self-diagnosis (or with a practitioner) because when you use one, you can step by step identify what is working and what is not. If you don't use a system, you may end up not knowing what is causing the issue and this will leave you more stressed than you need to be.
