During the bye week in 2011, Redskins historian Mike Richman appeared on "Redskins Nation," hosted by the "voice of the Redskins," Larry Michael, to discuss the Redskins history during previous bye weeks. Richman noted how the Redskins entered the 1991 bye week 7-0 and came out of it winning their next four games en route to capturing Super Bowl XXVI.
