Al Smith: The Imaginary Friend
During a creative writing exercise to develop script ideas to be made into a movie, the 7th grade class from the St. James St Joseph Elementary School in partnership with the Alfred E. Smith Computer Resource Center came up with the idea for The Imaginary Friend. The Imaginary Friend is the story of a lonely pre-teen girl who gains the knowledge of inner strength. Because of time constants of the school year, the movie was condensed to be viewed only as a trailer.
