Although we purchase many notes for our own portfolios, it's impossible to purchase all of the types of notes in the geographic areas we are presented with during a given month. As a result, we must also partner with both experienced private and institutional investors to purchase many of our real estate and business notes... and we are always looking to selectively expand our network with qualified end buyers.
