I feel terrific and have super high energy and feel awesome and I feel better than I've felt in a really long time as far as energy is concerned. Couldn't be happier. I did almost only fruit and vegetables this week except for when I had cravings. When I HAD THEM I ate a spoonful of organic dry roasted peanut butter so I wasn't technically 100% raw but I feel awesome! I did not lift weights this week and I know I said I was going to but I didn't want to bombard my body since this is the closest I've ever been to eating 100% raw and burning fat so quickly. I feel now good about what's going on and I'll be lifting weights this next week. I did buy some protein and I know I don't need it just yet but got it anyway. I bought the SunWarrior protein and decided on it based on the grams of protein per dollar. I'm excited to see how much fat has melted off this week. I'm going to get over here on the scale and weigh in to see where we're at for the week. Post your questions and comments and I feel awesome. Let's go weigh in. So 265.6 that's 10.2 pounds for the week! That is huge weight loss for only 7 days and lost 12.6 pounds last week. Today when I got together with my parents my mom pulled me aside and said my skin looked really healthy and it's true I have noticed a difference. Look back at some of my first video's. It's amazing how this changes your health so quickly. They took us to a Mexican restaurant and I did not eat and held to my guns. I ate some banana's earlier.
