On November 9th, 2009, Western Union launched it's Random Acts of Giving promotion celebrating the holiday season. In doing so, Western Union teamed up with artist and designer Chase, who designed a custom wrap for an RV and sent it out across the country with filmmaker Julian Rad to spread the news and to give out $50 Western Union Visa Gift Cards to the people they meet.
