In the early hours of Saturday, 18th October, 2008, a large part of Carleton High School, Pontefract burnt down. This is a short film by Steve Kidd taken about 5.00 AM. 15 pumps attended, one fireman said it was one of the largest incidents as he had attended. No main roads were shut, but access to the school and Green Lane, the road, upon which the school is, was much restricted.
