Backstage, Rocky LaMar, of Colona, and Dawn Yarger, of Coal Valley, practice showing their abs in front of a mirror Saturday afternoon during The Iowa State and Midwest Open Bodybuilding Fitness/Figure and Bikini Championships presented by A Big Bea Event at West High School in Davenport. Competitors from all over the Midwest participated in the over 20 year old competition to show off their hard work and dedication.
