Iowa City fugitive, Anthony Koehlhoeffer, 20, who escaped late Tuesday from the University of Iowa City Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City, was apprehended Wednesday. Bettendorf and Davenport officers pursued the car before it crashed about 6 p.m. at 18th Street and Central Avenue in Bettendorf. Mr. Koelhoeffer sustained "minor injuries" and was taken to Genesis Medical Center East Campus for treatment.
