Multi-level barriers present challenges for physicians and patients with adhering to cancer screening guidelines. Office systems to increase adherence to cancer screening guidelines for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer will be presented. These systems will include simple, proven, non-electronic methods and the use of electronic medical records (EMR?s).
