This is one of the non-profit affiliates of P.E.T. International that builds Personal Energy Transportation units that can be used in rural villages by people who do not have legs or the use of their legs. Many because of land mines and others because of birth defects or accidents. The pet is propelled by a hand cranked front wheel. They are build locally by volunteers and shipped to where they are needed throughout the world.
