This 'Arlington Memorial' tribute was spearheaded by Summer Lipford, an Iredell County mother whose son, Army PFC Steven Sirko, died in 2005 while serving in Iraq. And was erected in Mac Anderson Park in Statesville NC, not far from where Steve was laid to rest at Statesville's Oakwood Cemetery.
