Joseph Stalin, Vyacheslav Molotov, Georgii Malenkov, Lavrentia Beria, Nikolai Shvernik, Semen Budennyi and General Popov review the parade Youth groups, ecstatic girls and children praise Stalin as the announcer speaks of the "happy people united under Lenin and Stalin". A post-parade celebration follows with a carnival, dancing and fireworks.
