This documentary will explain how, for over 30 years, PASCEP has maintained its mission of “Keeping the Community Informed” through providing consistent volunteer faculty and staff, effective outreach, dynamic classes, and a diverse student body. PASCEP, a regional nexus,is an active conduit and positive catalyst for the community. The main thrust of the video is to help others emulate PASCEP and to challenge others to avoid the path of mediocrity!
