Pilgrims say govt increases problems (Video)

HERAT CITY (PAN): Intending haj pilgrims in western Herat province says the government has increased their problems instead of minimising them. Visiting the provincial Haj and Islamic Affairs Department to register themselves for this year’s pilgrimage, they complained no proper arrangements have been carried out for the registration process.
