Many in Mazar still visit traditional orthopaedicians (Video)

MAZAR-I-SHARIF (PAN): Most people in northern Balkh province prefer traditional methods for orthopedic problems and their treatment. Tens of self-proclaimed orthopaedicians have set up their makeshift arrangements in the Ghala Mandai locality of Mazar-i-Sharif City, where several people visit them on a daily basis. Dad Muhammad, a traditional orthopaedician, told Pajhwok Afghan News he inherited the skill from his father. “It is not a job everyone can do, it needs a special skill," Muhammad added.
