HIA team in talks with High Peace Council (Video)

KABUL (PAN): The Afghanistan High Peace Council and a visiting Hizb-i-Islami Afghanistan (HIA) delegation held initial talks on how to bring peace and stability to the war-torn country on Saturday. Led by Dr. Ghairat, the five-member HIA delegation began peace parleys with High Peace Council members, after having met some government officials in Kabul. Other members of the delegation are Haji Abdul Malik, Hassan Niaz, Haji Mohammad Afsar Adil and HIA’s political affairs office spokesman in Europe, Qareeb-ur-Rahman, according to Ghairat. PAJHWOK
