In this episode, we enter the private "tote" roads through the gate and register the crew's entry into these 10 million acres of unpopulated wilderness; meet owner John Martin and camp cooks Ervin and Joyce Ouellette; watch as they make home made pasta from scratch and spaghetti sauce from umami-laden tomatoes straight from the garden. Chef John will stuff and bake Maine lobster. A great episode.
