I have been using Zemanta for quite some time now, on my MediaFuturist blog. Zemanta pulls up related content to what you are writing, and allows you to instantly add the link to your blog post (see below). You can edit the sources and thereby even link to your own stuff much easier. Zemanta also recommends pictures which saves a ton of time. Give it a try.

One of my favorite musicians (and fellow Berklee guitarist) John Mayer has recently launched a new site that makes very interesting use of augmented reality concepts. All you need to do is allow the flash player access to your web-cam, print out a single page with the control icon, and follow the instructions. This is more than a hunch - been using it for 12 months - Instapaper rocks. I have saved 10s of 1000s of pages in print with this app. I wrote about it last year. There is a free version but the $10 for the pro version is worth it as it adds the really cool scrolling feature.
