Spring is here and lots of projects are underway around town (Beech Grove, Indiana). TIF monies from property owned by Wal-Mart and Lowe's will be funding enhancements to Emerson Avenue and the future development of annexed land at Subway and Emerson Avenue. The city is also moving the skateboard park behind South Grove Elementary School to a more visible and desirable location at Sarah T. Bolton Park.
