Meet Laura Lewis, new owner of the Beech Grove Meat Market. Laura and her husband have taken a Beech Grove staple and moved it to a bigger, brighter building (with a parking lot!) at 423 Main Street. They plan to keep the same quality meat and produce, with an eye towards expanding product and services in the future. Who wouldn't like to have a soda fountain back on Main Street? Jim has fully retired, but Ken is staying with the market for six months to pass on his butchering knowledge and skill. We wish Laura all the best and are delighted to have such a dedicated and enthusiastic individual take over the market. This is our final episode, unless something truly irresistible comes along.
