Speakers: Bernhard M. Wiedemann & J. Daniel Schmidt Abstract: The git distributed version control system (DVCS) is much more powerful than those old cvs or svn tools that many know. In a somewhat interactive session, we want to give a git crash-course and explore how new workflows with github and pull requests work and also look at how to do old stuff with git: fixing bugs on master and stable branches.
