daniel henriquez-ilic's ambitious 'halogenuros' project was conceived to demonstrate the capacity of the super 8 image when coupled with 2k scanning technology and a workflow resulting a 35mm theatrical print. the nine minute short film was part financed with a $16,000 grant from the chilean national cultural fund (fondart) - here's is a 23 second teaser at full screen resolution.
