NWISC

About this original series

Each summer the Northwest Institute for Social Change (NWISC) brings twelve students to Portland, OR, and teaches them how to use the media to create effective social change. Our students not only create audio and video projects about pertinent social issues, they also partake in a rigorous academic program where they gain insight from politicians, professors, and pollsters about how the "media" can affect politics.
