On September 27, 2008, the NWACC Art Club went on the Eureka Springs Artists' Studio Tour. Carrie Marry was one of the gracious artists to open her studio to the public. During our visit, she explained the basics of what she does as a handweaver. The theme music is "Art Mob" by Terry Allen.
On April 2, 2008 the NWACC Art Club sponsored a presentation by Tim Cornelius, JD on copyright, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property. The presentation was held in room 108A of the Trammel Student Center on the Northwest Arkansas Community College campus. 30 people were in attendance.
