This is the very first episode of NomX3. In fact...we filmed this show before we had the idea for the name NomX3. Originally we were going to call the show Lunch but we couldn't get the domain name or the Twitter handle. We chose Chacarero in Boston because it is Mike Langford's favorite sandwich.
