Is it hot enough to cook an egg?

With today's record heat, is it hot enough to cook an egg on the side walk? Two of our staff members tried to answer that question. Like the Myth Busters say, "This one is busted!" It hit 100 degrees Friday afternoon but wasn't hot enough to cook an egg.
