This week we're going to Belgium ... metaphorically. We're drinking an amazing Gueuze from Gueuzerie Tilquin called Oude Gueuze Tilquin à L'Ancienne. John drinks beer in Seattle, Stephen hates the literal-net, Matt won't pour his beer, and we have a fly as our special guest! We reminisce about our first Gueuze experience and lament the back sweetening of Lambics from certain lambic producers, and speculate about the Gueuz'ing process, while Stephen gueuzes all over Matt. On Master Pairings with Dr. Bill, Stephen joins Bill as a co-host rather than a guest for an awesome pairing of comfort, rainy day food. He takes Stone Brewing Co's Arrogant Bastard and pairs it with Tomato soup and an amazing gourmet grilled cheese sandwich.
