Yoga Nidra is a conscious sleep. As the teacher, I will lead you through a process of relaxation that will take you into a state that is more restful and regenerative than sleep itself. During the yoga nidra your mind and body are at complete rest, but with complete awareness. Yoga nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity.During our special holiday yoga nidra class I will use guided imagery and body scanning to aid relaxation. You will sink into a deep physiological and psychological relaxation for a luxurious 45 minutes after some gentle yoga to warm and prepare the body.
