7 Pakistani students are held as Category A prisoners awaiting deportation to Pakistan. Week beginning the 27th July, 2009 the SIAC court heard their plea for bail. The bail was denied after the judges heard secret evidence. The lawyers representing the students or the students themselves were not allowed to hear the evidence against them.
